We take the process and quality of products seriously, we strive to use the most environmentally viable alternatives in caring of our coffee beans, and the land where they grow (see NAMA), but also having a positive impact on the lives of people in our immediate community – our neighbors in one of the poorest regions in Costa Rica.
The finca (Coffee farm) is located near San Vito, Coto Brus, on the slopes of the Talamanca mountain, at an altitude of 1, 250 meters (4,101 feet) – Brunca region. The altitude, the volcanic soil, the Costa Rica´s tropical weather (rainy and dry), and the very uniform temperatures throughout the year create unique and ideal conditions for the developments of the coffee plants. Coffee is processed daily in a coffee micro-mill (a large place where the beans are left to dry after being washed). The coffee bean is dried with the mucilage to absorb all the sugar from the fruit.

50 g (1,76oz), 250 g (8,8oz), 500 g (1,1lb) and 1 kg (2,2lb)
We offer a medium roast and a dark roast to appeal of the preferences of the most discerning coffee drinkers. The characteristics of the coffee cup are a dense body, a balanced acidity and flavor, exquisity smooth and sweet with hints of nuts / chocolate and sugar cane.
